Breguzzo
Uncontaminated environment at the door of Adamello Brenta Nature Reserve
Framed by meadows and wavy fields, Breguzzo is located at the entrance of the valley, which bears its name and cuts deep down into the mountain group of Adamello. By being one of the gateways to the Adamello Brenta Nature Reserve, Breguzzo valley offers a wide range of hiking opportunities - featuring several rest areas - to discover an uncontaminated natural landscape, which hosts and protects a large faunal variety that lives up to an altitude of 3000 metres.
The location's landscape is pleasantly mountainous - thanks to its average height - and and its perfect climate is especially ideal for a climate therapy vacation for the elderly. The up-to-date sporting facilities and the trekking opportunities - to discover the beautiful surroundings scattered with rest areas, such as mountain-huts and Alpine summer pastures - makes it an ideal holiday destination even for the younger.
This is an interesting area both from a geological and a naturalistic point of view. And Val di Breguzzo valley's white marble is highly praised.
