A history marked by the king of agricultural production of the Valle del Chiese: corn, known as the yellow gold of Storo. The Storo wheat is a variant of the Marano wheat, originally from the province of Vicenza, with unique personality and characteristics to be ascertained of local quality. In the mills of the Agri Novanta Cooperative, the corn grains are transformed into the famous Storo yellow flour, a product with a vivid colour and reddish nuances combined with a strong flavour. Special characteristics that make it flexible to consume both as a single dish and as an accompaniment to dishes.
