The winery of La-Vis and Valle di Cembra has been a winemaker's cooperative for more than 70 years with a central role in relaunching viticulture and local communities.
Guests will be led by the winemakers to discover the Avisian Hills and the Cembra Valley from the point of view of the vineyards, the wine and the men who worked there with technique and passion. You will be greeted in the wine bar with a welcome glass of Trentodoc and then you will ride your e-bike to discover the La Vis ecosystem.
The ring tour will cross vineyards and lands with unique characteristics, will show the different processes, the terraces, the particular farms and huts that dot the territory and will stop to admire extraordinary landscapes.
A wine-growing partner will welcome you to his farm for a tasting in the vineyard and will talk about diversity, the environment and sustainability. After this refreshing break, you will cycle back to the cellar via Maso Franch.
