B&B Paganella
Snails in their thirties or roe deer tartare. Ravioli with polenta, caciotta and porcini mushrooms or pearl barley soup. Rainbow trout or grilled deer loin.
Tell us first if you want to taste the potato cake. We serve it in two versions, the fried and the baked. With lots of vegetables, cured meats and cheeses as a side dish.
The last lap is done with the jams that we prepare.
We are a small restaurant, so we recommend booking in advance.
