The Hotel Luise in Riva del Garda is hosting an exhibition dedicated to 'The Gardesaner', the art project celebrating Lake Garda through art and creativity. This unique exhibition will offer visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the 28 covers of 'The Gardesaner' magazine, published so far over the course of six months.
What is The Gardesaner?
"The Gardesaner" is the magazine that is not there, an innovative project born to give voice and visibility to the enchanting territory of Lake Garda. Taking its cue from a series of parallel Italian projects, all inspired by the front pages of the famous The New Yorker, "The Gardesaner" updates its merely illustrative approach to propose a more unpredictable one aimed at enhancing, without necessarily faithfully reporting, the territory. The covers, created by the Amici dell'Arte of Riva del Garda, offer a new and unique look at the lake each week, like open windows onto this extraordinary landscape. Each work is a tribute to the diversity of techniques and artistic approaches, enhancing the natural and cultural beauty of the region.
Opening Hours: The exhibition will be open to the public until 10 November 2024 and can be visited at any time of the day during hotel opening hours.
