Fascinating for history lovers, legendary for any cyclist, adrenaline-fueled for those who prefer climbing and freeriding, the Pordoi Pass brings everyone together, at any time of the year.

Located between the Sass Pordoi and the Sass Becé, it delimits the border between the province of Trento and that of Belluno and is 12 kilometres from Canazei on 28 hairpin bends. It is one of the four passes of the Route of the Dolomites, built at the beginning of the 20th century to connect Bolzano to Cortina and promote the tourist development of the Ladin valleys. Important pages of our history are linked to Pordoi: from the battles of the First World War, for which the Museum of the Great War and the Ossuary are worth a visit, to the mythical climbs of the Giro d 'Italia. In summer it is the starting point for hiking, climbing, via ferrata and mountain bike/road bike tours. The trip by cable car and the view from the Sass Pordoi, the Terrace of the Dolomites at almost 3,000 meters above sea level, are hard to forget holiday memories. During the ski season it is a must for the famous Sellaronda Skitour.

The Terrace of the Dolomites in autumn hosts the highest wine symposium in the Alps, while in July it is the protagonist of the world skyrunning thanks to the Dolomyths Run Skyrace.
