Coltura rock-climbing area
The Coltura rock-climbing area is located on provincial road no. 34 of Lisano district, approximately 1 km after the town. Even though it is on the road, the cliff is relatively peaceful, and features an excellent vertical or slightly overhanging wall and medium-advanced routes. Its position ranges from South-eastern to South-western, so that it can be climbed at different day hours and in different seasons. The first routes opened in the 70s by Tione Tax Police Alpine School and the Tione SAT Group, who climbed up the wall along its most overt lines. Some of the routes can be easily combined. Especially routes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 can be matched with 12, 13, 14 and 15 located above them. For most of the routes, the way down is fairly overt. In some cases, you need to rappel down. If you take one of the routes which ends at the top of the wall, just climb up a bit further into the woods, where you will find a tiny path to take you quickly back down.
The parking-lot is located in a comfy picnic area with pretty views
