San Siro di Lasino Natural Rock-climbing Area
The San Siro Natural Rock-climbing Area is a beautiful cliff located in a very peaceful area. It is suitable for numerous kinds of climbing styles - such as wall, plaque, over-hanging and roof - on beautiful stratified rock. A rocky fortification located near the small Church of San Siro, it features 60 routes covering a difference in altitude from 15 m to 60 m and ranging in difficulty rating from 6 to 8. Stamina climbs are possible on the vertical, over-hanging wall. Hooks' quality is excellent - it is equipped with strong hooks - and you can climb even when it drizzles. 60 m ropes are recommended. It faces South-West and can be used all year round. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the climbing area. The area under the wall is family and kid friendly, with a car-park including spaces for vans.
