Close. Not Here. Paths of Tridentine Creativity
Close. Not Here assembles in Trento, for the first time, those Tridentine artists – by birth or election – who have built their international careers elsewhere, in or outside of Italy.
The Galleria Civica presents the cultural pursuits of those who dwell – mentally and physically – in an elsewhere that is not just geographic. It is an exhibition that shortens distances, a journey among the heterogeneous idioms of contemporary culture, from visual arts to literature, from cinema to music, from architecture to design.
The project is curated by the Tridentine artist Luca Coser, faculty member at the Brera Academy, along with the curators of the Galleria Civica.
