Pasticceria Reinhard – Moena – ‘Due Torte’ award
The pastry shop of Reinhard Santifalle and his wife Antonella in Val di Fassa. Reinhard, a master pastry and ice cream maker with a degree in Food Science obtained in Brussels, has never stopped studying. From small pastries to classic cakes or cakes with seasonal ingredients up to brioches to be enjoyed with a knife and fork, the strength is fresh, local ingredients!

Silvia Biasioli Pâtisserie – Sopramonte – ‘Due Torte’ award
On the mountain of Trento, just 7 km from the capital, Silvia Biasioli, mother, engineer and pastry chef, opened her small atelier in Sopramonte in 2020 and a second store in the city centre. Her creations contain no preservatives or dyes that are not 100% naturally derived. A modern pastry shop, with cakes layered in flavours and textures, without forgetting the tradition of strudels and dry biscuits.

Pasticceria Bronzetti – Lavis – ‘Due Torte’ award
In the Piana Rotaliana, a few kilometres from Trento, a historic pastry shop, now in its third generation, which has been delighting palates since 1975. Stone-ground flours and organic milk for the most traditional cakes and small pastries. Don’t miss the Moja Cake: cereal and hazelnut brittle, salted caramel mousse with raspberry cream filling and white chocolate icing covering!

In Mezzano di Primiero, Davide Lucian has been preparing sweets since 2009; you can also enjoy his creations in the small shop in nearby San Martino di Castrozza. Nicola Dobnik returned to Primiero in 2022 to open his pastry shop where he also bakes fragrant fresh bread every morning. A young pastry chef who trained as a manager in the starred kitchens of Milan and Turin and then returned to his native land to create emotions of cream and gianduja. A promise not to miss.

In Vallagarina, flours and leavened products are the typical creations of an artisan laboratory that has become an institution.
