Crossed by stream Chieppena, the town is located on a gentle sunny slope at the foot of the great manor Castel Ivano.
Area musts include, hikes to the wildlife oasis, a tour of the old crafts shops, of Villa Prati and of the permanent exhibition of sculptor Carlo Scantamburlo at the City Hall.
