Beer Tour & Tasting
Guided tour of the "Rampeèr" brewery in Campitello and narrated tasting in the company of brewer Daniel
Programme: guided by the brewer Daniel, we will enter the brewery in Campitello, the only one in the valley. We will get to know more about the production of this mountain craft beer: from the selection of its natural ingredients - such as the water of "Val Duron" -, to the processing of the must in the brewhouse, to the fermentation, the kegging and, eventually, the tapping. Following, a narrated beer tasting, combined with the delicious cheese by "Mèlga de Fascia" cheese factory of Pera.
Price: adults € 17; children € 7 without tasting. With Val di Fassa Guest Card adults € 15; children € 6. Mandatory phone reservation or directly at the inn within 12 noon of the same day.
Meeting point: every Tuesday at 4 p.m. by the brewery-inn "Rampeèr" in Campitello. Duration of activity: approx. 1.30 hour.
In case of lacking the minimum number of participants or of impossibility to organize the guided visit, the activity will be cancelled.
