Programme: 3:50 p.m. meeting at the "Osteria da Carpano" in Vigo (San Giovanni traffic roundabout); welcome of the "Osteria"'s chef and preparation of the planned dish together; conclusion of the activity at approximately 6 p.m.

Price: € 35 per person. Includes: restaurant hospitality, lesson with the chef, ingredients.
Reserved for adults; only people registered for the cooking class can take part in the experience. Minimum 5 and maximum 20 participants. Private parking at the restaurant.
The experience can be booked online or in the tourist offices of the valley by 6 p.m. the day before the activity.
