The house is located in the historic center of Arco, adjacent to the path that leads to the castle passing through ancient olive groves. The house is divided into three indipendent apartments, one for each floor.
On the ground floor there is a large cellar, shared with the other apartments, where it is possible to leave bicycles, strollers and climbing equipment. It is also possible to recharge the E-Bike there.
At the back of the house, there is a small garden shared with the other apartments, with a large table and chairs to enjoy a nice picnic in the open area, while enjoying the castle view!

Warunki
Feel at home. Sheets and towels are included, as well as anything needed for the children (cot, potty, booster seat, bath, games....). Games for all ages and extra blankets for your 4-legged friends are available in the cellar. I ask you to treat the house with love as if it were yours and to avoid unnecessary energy waste (windows open with air conditioning/heating on...)
There is a price increase of 20 euros for final cleaning if pets are present.
There is the possibility of requesting a daily permit to park in the nearby public car park for 4 euros/day. To be requested in advance.

The apartment "The Lorax" is located on the first floor of the house (no elevator). It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (1 queen size bed and a single bed). From mother to mother: many things available for families for the comfort of your children. Contact me before arriving to let me know what you need.
The apartment also has a bathroom with window, a kitchen and a living room with television.
Guests can also use the cellar on the ground floor to leave bikes and any equipment, and the small garden at the back.

In the historic center of Arco, directly under the castle cliff, the apartment is located on the third floor (without elevator). Large living room and kitchen with pink marble sink, it has a beautiful view of Mount Stivo and the Sarca river to the east, and the castle to the west, where there is also a long terrace. It has a dedicated space for remote workers.
Guests also have access to the cellar to leave bicycles/climbing equipment... and a private garden at the back for picnics.
Available, on request, many games and various equipment for children and pets.
