Exclusive additional possibility of using a garden plot (mq.250) three hundred metres from the building for use as a solarium, barbecue area and attached toilet facilities surrounded by greenery with fantastic views.
Access to the flat is via a staircase that leads to a large panoramic balcony overlooking Lake Caldonazzo. It is possible to use the adjoining garden and park your own bicycles and e-bikes in the garage.
500 metres distant from the lake, cycle path, restaurants and pizzerias, which are open in summer with music and happy hour.
