The cosy flat is located in Tione di Trento, the capital of the Giudicarie Valleys, on the second floor of a beautiful building, strategically located in a central yet flat area. The building has a lift, courtyard and communal parking. Covered garage on request. Ideal flat for a couple. No pets. No smokers. During the stay the owner is always available by phone and message. All guests will also be given a card with useful information and telephone numbers.
The flat has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, balcony and bathroom. The two-room apartment is distinguished by its refined, wooden, mountain-style furnishings. The flat opens onto a hallway connecting the living room with the functional kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
The comfortable living room is lit by the French window that connects it to the small south-facing balcony, and is equipped with a comfortable sofa (sofa bed) and an efficient cooking area. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The flat has 1 bedroom furnished in a contemporary style, with two single beds, which can easily be pushed together (but do not become a double bed). The bathroom has everything you need, with shower cubicle and washing machine .

The village centre, with bars, shops, banks and all services, is 650 metres away. TIONE DI TRENTO Due to its favourable position, at the convergence of the Chiese, Rendena and Giudicarie Esteriori valleys, the village of Tione is a privileged destination for tourists spending their holidays in Trentino and offers a wide range of environmental, natural and artistic itineraries.It is the main town of the Valli Giudicarie, an administrative, commercial and scholastic centre. It is an ideal destination for those who want to regenerate in relaxation, with the oxygenation of a thousand metres, but the altitude of 600 metres, and reach the renowned tourist resorts of Pinzolo, Madonna di Campiglio, Terme di Comano, or the Adamello-Brenta Natural Park, the Dolomite peaks, and Lake Garda in a short time. The village is crossed by the Sarca river and the Arnò torrent, ideal destinations for fishing enthusiasts.
