The 16th century building, dating back to the Council of Trento, with frescoes on the façade and inside, is in the historic centre of Pergine Valsugana and has recently been restored and renovated. It is just a stone's throw from the main square and the pedestrian area of the town, where there are various shops and restaurants.

It has two flats for guests, located on the second floor of the building, in a quiet and comfortable environment, with the possibility of short walks in the surrounding area, to the Tre Castagni Park or to Pergine Castle.

Just a few kilometres away are the Valley dei Mocheni, known as "the enchanted valley", the Piné plateau and the Valsugana with various bathing lakes (Caldonazzo, Levico, Serraia and Piazze, etc.) and mountain groups (Lagorai, Vigolana, Panarotta, etc.), which can be reached via easy cycling or hiking trails. In the winter season you can not only visit the famous Christmas markets, but also go skiing and ice skating in the numerous facilities in the area.


The recently renovated flats, measuring approximately 80 square metres, consist of an entrance hall, an open-plan room with a kitchen-living room, dining area and drinks corner, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower and WC. They are heated by central heating and are equipped with a wood-burning stove.
The rooms are fully furnished, with TV and sofa bed for the possible addition of two more beds, by arrangement.
The kitchen is equipped with electrical devices, induction hob, oven and microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and all kitchen utensils and furniture, including a supply of basic products such as sugar, coffee, salt, oil, vinegar, etc.
You will be welcomed by Lia and Carlo or their children, who will give you all the useful and necessary information for your stay.

Trentino Guest Card and Valsugana Guest Card - when you book here, you will immediately receive the Trentino Guest Card, which gives you free access to public transport in Trentino and to numerous museums and services. On request also the Valsugana Guest Card, which offers further initiatives.


The final cleaning fee of €30 is not included in the price. Payment: Please pay to be paid on arrival.
