Campodenno
Enjoy a vacation surrounded by castles, apple and pear trees in Lower Val di Non
Campodenno is located on the right bank of the Noce River, in the area stretched between the mouth of the Rocchetta mountain and the plain of Cles in the Lower Val di Non valley. This sunny area featuring great views and fruit trees is the ideal spot to spend an holiday of fun and peace.
Some of the houses in the older section of the town are decorated with unique, rural-noble architectural elements, such as the Casa Sicher, Casa De Campi and Casa Oliva. Special mention goes to the parish church of San Martino and the Roman church of SS. Filippo and Giacomo in Segonzone - harking back to 1485 - whose frescos have been ascribed to the Baschenis travelling artists.
Built for military purposes in the 12th century, Castel Belasi lies in an area surrounded by conifer woods not far from the town center.
Once tended by an hermit, the age-old church of San Pangrazio is perched on a rocky, wooded hill at a 30-minute walk from the town.
