Authenticity and tradition characterise the service at the Alpen Garten Hotel Margherita Restaurant. Here the dishes served in the large 180-seat dining room and in the typical stube (the most intimate and secluded place but also the hottest in the house), are taken care of in every detail and are prepared exclusively with fresh raw materials, preferably from the area. The Margherita Restaurant, in any case, is not limited to the offer of typical Trentino recipes but also offers many specialties from other Italian regions. The great attention to the needs of all diners has led to the development of gluten- and lactose-free specialties and menus for vegetarians, celiacs and vegans.
