The philosophy that governs the Alessandri family, which has been managing the hut with passion for years, is to offer genuine food of its own production or from local producers in the name of enhancing the territory. Their choice to live in a hut for four months was born from the desire to immerse themselves in nature by rediscovering ancient traditions, a combination that brought Luca closer to dairy art. The hut is open for lunch and dinner and has a cheese shop. For lovers of unspoilt nature, the Alessandri family also offers the opportunity to stay overnight in the nearby Malga Bordolona Alta. From the hut you can take various excursions in the Magdalene Group to the nearby Val di Rabbi.
