Enrosadira Time - Wow-effect sunset
Experience the "Enrosadira" in Fuciade: a magical sunset amidst snow-covered huts and the enchanting atmosphere of a delicious snack made with authentic products from Val di Fassa and Trentino
The Fuciade basin, situated at an altitude of 2,000 metres, is stunning at any time of day, but truly magical at sunset. This natural amphitheatre glows in shades of pink, offering sweeping views of iconic peaks, from Cima Uomo nearby to the distant Pale di San Martino. Take a leisurely walk, suitable for all, through snow-covered woods and pastures dotted with traditional wooden huts, once used to store the prized hay harvested from summer meadows. Accompanied by your guide, you’ll uncover hidden secrets of this enchanted place, spot animal tracks, and marvel at a natural light display worthy of the finest cinematic special effects. On your return, by the picturesque "Pozze" lake, the Miralago hotel restaurant awaits with a delightful Trentino snack - gluten-free options available - to savour. Enjoy cheeses and cured meats from Val di Fassa, delectable desserts by chef Pietro Pellegrin, and mamma Carmen's famous apple fritters, all paired with warm mulled wine and the refreshing taste of La Trentina apple juice.
