An easy trek through the woods, from Passo Durone to the expansive pasture of Malga Stabio, a classic mountain dairy farm that still hosts cattle for summer grazing. Here, the animals can roam freely and graze on the flavorful grass, which imparts a special aroma to the milk and products made from it.
