The annual "Ten Days of Wellbeing" event at Castello Tesino, dedicated to psycho-physical wellbeing, is back!
The programme includes yoga sessions, meditation, mountain hikes, harmonious singing workshops and talks on various wellness topics. These activities will take place in enchanting natural settings, such as the area's parks and historic churches, offering participants an experience of total immersion in nature and tranquillity.
