Let us take a few deep breaths, let us become witnesses to this act that often takes place without us being aware of it. Let us follow the rhythm as we enter into an authentic and pure contact with Nature and its elements. Let's experience this contact with hands and feet and, with a curious and playful attitude, grasp the various sensory nuances that the plant world offers us in all its forms and facets.
