Müller Thurgau: mountain wine
Discovering Müller Thurgau and the amazing Cembra valley
Cembra, Cembra Lisignago, 4th - 7th July 2019
31nd international exposition dedicated to the Müller Thurgau, mountain wine and symbol of the heroic viticulture of the Cembra valley, a rural and historic Italian landscape. The four-day event is addressed not only to wine professionals, but also to tourists and wine lovers. The ancient rooms of the Maffei Palace will be opened to the public for wine-tasting. The wines, coming from all over the Alpine area, participate to the 15th edition of the International Müller Thurgau Contest.
Special guided „Masterclass” wine tastings will allow deepening the knowledge of the Müller Thurgau and other wines and typical products of the valley.
Moreover, over the whole event it will be possible to get to know this enchanting area, to visit its firms, to appreciate the traditional dishes proposed by the “Donne Rurali”. Walking along the beautiful streets of the ancient village of Cembra, the guests will be delighted by the music, the folksongs end the presence of the artists of the sculpture symposium.
