Mountains and Full Moon in Summer
Enjoy the colours of the mountains at the sunset and with the full moon
Appointments to discover the Vallagarina mountains with dinner in a hut and return illuminated by moonlight.
If you love walking and can’t wait to enjoy the magic of the atmosphere coloured by the red of the sunset and illuminated by the glow of the full moon, take part in the excursions organised to Lake Cei, Monte Baldo, Lessinia mountains and Monte Zugna, at night with dinner at altitude.
There will be many appointments, coinciding with the full moon, in the localities of the mountains overlooking Vallagarina.
Saturday 22 June – Rifugio Baita Fos-ce (Passo San Valentino – Brentonico, Monte Baldo)
Easy itinerary through pastures and beautiful beech woods leading to the Aviana stream to discover the history of the ancient Terre Verdi mines. Dinner at the Baita Fos-ce refuge and return by night along the old military road.

Saturday, 20 July – Rifugio Altissimo Damiano Chiesa (Monte Altissimo, Brentonico)
You will climb up the ridge along the most beautiful path of Monte Altissimo di Nago, overlooking Lake Garda on one side and dominating the Aviana Valley on the other. You will pass wild places until you reach the summit (2078 m) and then the D. Chiesa refuge where you will stop for dinner. Return from the comfortable military road downhill.

Saturday 17 August – Malga Campei (Monte Baldo, Brentonico)
Leaving the Festa meadows behind, the route climbs steeply, immersing itself in the green foliage of the beech trees. We then continue into the forest to discover the northernmost slope of Monte Baldo, until we reach the wide open spaces of the pastures and the panoramic balcony where Malga Campei (1470 m) is located, where we will stop for dinner. The return journey is via the same path as the outward journey or along a comfortable mule track.
