Festival of the Marrone del Chiese
The chestnut is a plant of Mediterranean origin, growing between 300 and 1000 metres. Chestnuts differ from chestnuts not so much in size as in the quality of the flesh, which is fine-grained and very sweet-tasting.

11.00 a.m. Conference ‘Presentation of the first project of national importance, applied to a chestnut grove in the Valle del Chiese, promoted by the “Alpi Ledrensi e Judicaria Unesco Biosphere Reserve”.

From 3.00 p.m. Hot chestnuts accompanied by wines from the Cantina di Toblino winery and beer from the Leder Brewery based on Marrone della Valle del Chiese chestnuts.
The day will be accompanied by the accordion of Marco Corradi
