Desmontegada de le Vache & Festival of Taste
Summer's end - time to return home. In Predazzo, the month of October begins with a weekend rich in events of taste and tradition thanks to “The Desmontegada de le Vache”, celebrating the end of the alpine grazing season and the beginning of autumn.The main characters of this weekend are local products, shows and workshops taking place on the main square, waiting for Sunday and the exciting “Desmontegada de le vache”, with cows decorated with flowers parading along town.

On Saturday and Sunday, the Festival of Taste will take place on the main square, with stands serving local food and drinks, workshops for kids and cooking demos.
Additionally, on the unique Train of Taste you can experience a journey through flavors, taking part in a guided visit to a farm followed by a cheese tasting at the Bistrò Shop & Bar of the Predazzo and Moena cheese factory.
