A weekend to discover colors, scents and traditions linked to the world of viticulture, corn and indigenous flours. All to celebrate the harvest period and one of the basic ingredients of the most representative dishes of our territory: polenta.
A journey that will see the Trentino wineries as protagonists for a journey into the heart of local wines and derived products. The typical wooden houses with a selection of producers who are part of the Brotherhood of Native Italian Corn Flours.
