'Sherlock Holmes - The Musical' is an epic adventure set in the violent and gloomy London of the late nineteenth century. It all begins on 17 June 1897, just five days before the celebrations of the sixtieth year of the reign of Queen Victoria. The legendary detective has long been immersed in total apathy due to the realization that there are no longer criminals at his level. Certainly there is no shortage of robberies and murders in the city, but since the death of his bitter enemy Moriarty, no criminal has proved himself a worthy opponent for Holmes, nor has he been able to arouse his interest.
