Top Wine Symposium 2950
Toast to good wine and the Dolomites on the terrace of the Maria Refuge, with Italy's highest wine and food event that officially closes the beautiful season in Val di Fassa
White, red, rosé and sparkling wines.On October 19th (from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), the best of Trentino and South Tyrolean wine production will meet in Val di Fassa at "Top Wine 2950", the symposium at Maria Refuge on Sass Pordoi, famous for its terrace at almost 3,000 metres with a 360° view of the Dolomites, a World Heritage Site. Some 20 wineries from the region will be present, plus a "special guest" from Toscana. In addition to the vast selection of labels, there will also be an excellent culinary offering with the "Top Wine" dish, created by chef Giovanni Gabrielli, and a variety of finger foods, a high-quality experience made possible by valuable partnerships. Reception will be provided by Gaetano Bonanno, Matthias Trottner and Stefano Ghetta.
The Top Wine 2950 Symposium is organised by the Società Incremento Turistico Canazei, with the collaboration of the Sommelier Association of Fassa and Fiemme and Cedea Mineral Water. Maria Refuge can be reached in just four minutes by cable car from Pordoi Pass (13 km from Canazei); from the mountain station of the cable car there is a direct access to the panoramic terrace.
