Val di Non, the sweetest part of Trentino

Catch the magic of apple blossom season

Before the valley’s sweetness is captured in its famous apples, it blossoms in the form of its flowering apple orchards. In spring, Val di Non transforms into a dreamlike landscape of white and pink blossoms stretching from the Maddalene mountain slopes to the valley floor— a truly enchanting sight.

We recommend stepping into the orchards for a closer look, whether on foot or by bike. Bring the kids, even the grandparents—this is an experience for everyone! Up close, you will notice the details: a bud unfurling in the sunlight, the delicate pink brushstrokes of petals, and the hum of a busy bee stealing nectar.

This bloom is the perfect opportunity to embrace the beauty of the valley together. Below are some of the best experiences to enjoy with your family in Val di Non.
