Relax in the Villa de Varda garden, where you will be welcomed by the family and our team, from here we will start the 360° visit to fully discover the world of grappa and distillation.
We will begin by retracing the history of the family, distillers in Trentino for 6 generations with over 170 years of experience in the distilling art.
We will pass by the distillery and walk among the historic stills of the Dolzan family, which are still in operation today and produce the best Villa de Varda grappas. We will discover the aromas that accompany us during distillation and aging in the best oak barrels, through a small laboratory of the senses, where we can delve into the origin of so much uniqueness of the Italian distillate par excellence.
We will descend into the oldest room of Villa de Varda, where you can admire our barrel shop and our "Cose di Casa" museum, which collects over 1600 antique family objects.
After tasting the best grappas in Villa da Varda, enjoy a gourmet dinner in a local restaurant and delve into the details of the food and distillate pairing.
