Rotari Winery is a unique and fascinating project, perfectly integrated into the magnificent vineyard garden of the Piana Rotaliana-Königsberg, where barrels, barriques, bottles and aerial walkways design the spaces and enclose the essence and vocation of this land.
The experience includes a first step in the scenic storic cellar, where you will discover the Trentodoc sparkling wine and their production method and where you will taste 2 Trentodoc vintages paired with Trentino cheeses.
You will then enter the production area from above for a fascinating journey into the heart of the structure, finally arriving in the barrel room with soft lights and background music where the second tasting will be held with a view of the barrels: 3 Teroldego of different vintages combined with single-portion Trentino finger food.
