Santa Claus arrives in Campitello
As night falls, the horse-drawn sleigh arrives to stop in the square, where children can have their photo taken with Santa Claus, who will hand out a sweet gift to everyone
Before travelling around the world during the whole night on Christmas’ Eve - on his big sleigh carried by reindeers - Santa Claus stops even by the main square in Campitello to meet all the children and to give them many sweet presents. He is a nice potbellied old man, with a white beard, a red suit trimmed with white fur and boots. Meet him at 5 p.m. And who knows, maybe among the little houses of the markets the last minute gift will jump out at you, to put under the tree in a hurry, to enjoy together on Christmas morning, to take home as a souvenir of the holiday in Val di Fassa or to give to a loved one.
