Put yourself to the test in the Val di Fassa Cooking Class at Chalet Valbona! Chef Elena Vian will guide you, step by step, in the preparation of a typical recipe
With Val di Fassa Cooking Class you will learn all the secrets for cooking some traditional Ladin dishes, based on local ingredients. To guide you step by step through the recipes, Elena Vian, a celebrated home chef from Vigo. Last but not least: taste what you have prepared with your own hands and location!

Main ingredients of the experience:
- arrive on time at the meeting place
- be guided in the preparation of the recipe for which you will receive the ingredients and the necessary equipment; if you wish, bring an apron with you
- don't forget the secret ingredients: curiosity and fun as needed
Programme: take the cable car up to the Dolomites Terracce (2950 m); meet at Maria Refuge with chef Elena Vian and prepare the planned dish together; end of activities and return to the pass at 5 pm. Recipe: salty strudel with Puzzone di Moena DOP cheese.
Price: € 47 per person. Includes: return ticket for "Ronchi-Valbona" gondola lift, hospitality in refuge, lesson with chef, ingredients. Panorama Pass and Dolomiti Supersummer cards are not valid. Panorama Pass and Dolomiti Supersummer cards are not valid.
Reserved for adults; only people registered for the cooking class can take part in the experience. Minimum 5 and maximum 15 participants. Meeting point at 2.45 p.m. inside the gondola departure station (3 km from Moena).
The experience can be booked online or in the tourist offices of the valley by 6 p.m. on Thursday 19 September.
