The Foradori Farm is a creative world as well as the experience it offers between grapes, vegetables, milk and food processing.
Winemaking, fermentation and processing are the guiding actions of a day featuring the earth's raw materials, from which guests will learn the processes to become food products. The experience will be characterised by a walk through vineyards and gardens and a visit to the two cellars, ending at the table with the discovery of natural and original flavours thanks to a tasting of the company's wines and a masterclass of cheeses produced with milk from alpine grey cows. A return to natural rhythms to learn how to take care of the land and food in a sustainable and waste-free way.
