In winter there are snowshoe and ski mountaineering routes starting next to the structure as well as being located 15 minutes by car from the DAOLASA ski lift in the Folgarida / Marilleva area connected to the Madonna di Campiglio / Pinzolo carousel.

The price includes: water, heating, and electricity consumption, iron, kitchen utensils, duvets, blankets, pillows, crib, baby cot, high chair, washing machine and dryer, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, storage, and private outdoor parking.
Services not included and to be paid on site: €80,00 final cleaning fee, electric car charging station available.
Upon arrival, a €250,00 deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay after verifying the integrity of the apartment.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
