  The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
  
  The price includes:
  - Consumption of water, electricity, gas and heating in the winter;
  - Bed linen;
  - Wi-fi;
  - Private parking (not guarded);
  
  Final cleaning: the apartment must be left tidy and clean. Otherwise will be charged € 50;
  
  Upon arrival will be requested a deposit of € 50.
  
  No pets allowed in the apartments.
