Nordic Walking at Ciampedie
Easy high altitude hike from Ciampedie to Gardeccia with learning Nordic walking technique
Programme: Nordic Walking is a gentle outdoor physical activity that improves endurance, strength and posture. It is ideal for keeping fit without stressing the joints. Every Monday, surrounded by the peaks of the Catinaccio, you will learn the correct technique of walking with poles with our local guide. Put theory into practice with a simple and easy hike to Gardeccia (approx. 3 hours). Here, you will also experience a hydrotherapy trail by immersing your feet in the crystal-clear water of the stream flowing down from the limestone rocks of the Vaiolet Valley. Walking on the stones and listening to the sounds of nature, you will immediately experience beneficial therapeutic relief. The magnificent backdrop of the Dolomites will be the setting for this experience, where the well-being of the body is combined with the harmony of the soul and nature.
Meeting point: every Monday at 9.30 a.m. by the top station of the cable car.
Registration: not required. Price: the free activity is organised by the mountain lift company "Catinaccio" and it is included in the Panorama Pass or in the lift ticket. In case of bad weather, the activity will be cancelled.
