The heart of the restaurant is represented by the elegant internal room, but there is also a small collection dedicated to celebrations or groups, as well as a veranda for lunch or dinner in the hottest seasons, savouring our dishes and the freshness given by the Leno stream and the sparkling air that descends from the mountains of the Vallarsa. The restaurant offers dishes that combine the art of haute cuisine with that of the best local tradition, with menus that vary according to the seasonality of the products. For these reasons, San Colombano is listed in the Michelin Guide and has received the recognition of Osteria Tipica Trentina.
