Centrally located, the Excelsior Pizzeria has been historic in Cavalese since the 1970s. Inside, the environment is rustic, typically mountainous, ideal for enjoying a family atmosphere. For a few years it has also been possible to enjoy a unique pizza, prepared with stone-ground flour, sourdough and 72 hours of leavening, filled with local products, from Puzzone to Salmerino. Stilton-style white pizza, basil cream and Tropea onion are also excellent. Among the dishes, the cotechino of the Emilian tradition and the "Alta Alta" cheese of the Azienda Agricola Foradori on a crispy basis are not to be missed.
