Ristorante Nerina
Local foods with pleasant Neapolitan influences characterise this place, a member of Slow Food for over thirty years. Discover its gastronomic offer and its large cellar.
Directly curated by the Di Nuzzo family, the cuisine of the Albergo Ristorante Nerina is characterised by the use of high-quality raw materials often produced in-house and by the search for local and national dishes. First courses and desserts are pleasantly affected by Neapolitan influences. The main courses are marked by the use of meat raised and slaughtered in the Valley. Salami and cheeses, always local, enrich the offer of the restaurant that for over 30 years has been part of the Slow Food family, the pact between chefs and small producers that aims to promote good, clean and fair local foods and to save biodiversity. The cellar is very large and offers not only local wines.
