For more than 30 years this restaurant has been offering its customers Trentino specialties using mainly local products, from pasta from their pasta factory to cheeses from the valleys, up to EI meat cured meats from the area. The wines are all strictly Trentino and South Tyrolean. Having always had an eye for the environment, the restaurant has obtained the Ecoristorazione brand and is also found in Slow Food's Guide to Osterias d 'Italia, of which it uses some Presidiums and organic products.
