Meat is the strong point of the restaurant, thanks to the direct connection with the family butcher shop. The menu focuses a lot on seasonality and therefore changes according to the time of year and the availability of products.
This restaurant, which opened in 2018 in the historic centre of Predazzo, the heart of the Trentino Dolomites, offers a gastronomic experience of local products that in particular enhances the meats of the butcher's shop of the same owners, one of the historic shops of the country. The meat is very seasonal, with a menu that changes according to the time of year. Chef Simone Dellantonio's cuisine uses fresh, quality raw materials and lesser-known products. The wines, both regional and from all over Italy, recommended by Valeria Dellantonio, are also excellent.
