From the Doge's chopping board, with cured meats, typical cheeses and homemade focaccia, to the bis of canederli with speck and spinach, with melted butter and Trentingrana, from homemade egg noodles with deer ragout to baked pork shank with seasoned sauerkraut, up to beef stew with polenta by Storo: the entire menu of this restaurant is based on typical cuisine prepared with local products.

The Doge awaits you in the historic centre of Rovereto: the restaurant is located inside the church of the Redeemer built in 1654 and consists of a single spectacular room with exposed stones where you can taste typical dishes accompanied by local wines.
