In this restaurant, cooking is a passion that has been passed down for generations. The chef and owner Ettore personally manages and takes care of the preparation of each dish in full respect of traditions, following the rhythms of nature and the territoriality of the products. The meat of Trentino, the fish of the spring waters, the mushrooms and black truffles of the woods, the malga cheeses and the extra virgin olive oil of Lake Garda: on the menu you will find only seasonal products and a wide selection of wines to combine with the chef's recipes or to savour in the tasting evenings organised in the cellar. The carne salada, a typical dish par excellence, prepared at home as it used to be, can be tasted raw or cooked by the iron and served with traditional stewed beans.
