Managed for over fiftyyears by the Zani family and renowned for the quality of its cuisine and hospitality, the restaurant is the result of the genius of Mrs. Vanda Zani, who in the 1960s brought to Rovereto Mantuan specialties such as homemade pasta (tortelli, tortellini, pappardelle) alongside traditional Trentino dishes, with great attention to quality raw materials.
