Osteria Storica Morelli offers a menu from the Trentino chain, with raw materials from small companies in the province selected with the aim of respecting three fundamental elements: territoriality, seasonality and tradition. All this is designed to enhance the local economy and support quality producers, promoting a more conscious consumption of products grown in respect of the environment. The culinary offer includes, among other things, porcini mushroom pudding with Lagorai cheese fondue, traditional canederli in broth and fresh pasta tagliatelle with ragout and snails.
