Le Giare
It is one of the points of reference in the Fassa Valley, known and established over the years for its excellent pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven.
Tasty, digestible, filled with selected raw materials, as local as possible (cured meats and dairy products) and from organic farming, it is prepared with three different doughs: Terre Vive Organic leavened 72 hours; Original Le Giare 1993 leavened 48 hours; Pizza Pala leavened 48 hours; gluten-free. Do we want to talk about the cuisine, which celebrates local traditions? The menu, with daily suggestions, includes canederli, "ciajoncie da douc" (crescents filled with dried figs and black bread), Storo polenta accompanied by glazed deer morsels, mixed mushrooms and sausage, Puzzone di Moena fondue or carne salada. A separate list is dedicated to desserts, since they are beautiful and good! Children? They're really welcome here! The same attention and refinement is reserved for drinks (from Cedea della Marmolada water, to 100% natural fruit juices, to craft beers) and wines. Attentive and prompt service, without ever lacking professionalism, coordinated by the hosts Paolo and Livio. The organization in several rooms, recently renovated and furnished in an always different Tyrolean style, allows you to host groups and small events.
